All catalog products sold by APC are for laboratory and animal research purposes only. The products are not to be used on humans, for consumption, or for other uses.

All products made under non-cGMP conditions as listed in this catalog are labeled "Caution: Peptide substance for laboratory experiments only, or use in laboratory research animals, or test in-vitro. NOT FOR USE IN HUMANS." Users are responsible for their compliance with the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

"Due Diligence" is required by law in screening all orders. APC reserves the right to refuse shipment where improper use is indicated. APC disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the suitability of the products for any intended use by the customer. APC is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or contiguous damages arising from the use of these products. APC's liability is limited only to the replacement of the peptide.

A word About Patents
The user of APC products is solely responsible for all patent considerations in the use of these products. Dealing with APC products or services does not grant license or permission to work under or to infringe any patent(s).

Shipping and General Policy
All products are shipped FOB American Peptide Company, Sunnyvale, CA, USA. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. APC normally ships standard overnight. We will accommodate special shipping needs as requested.

Payment is required in US dollars within 30 days of invoice date. Accounts 30 days past due are subject to a 1.5% late charge per month on the unpaid balance. All accounts are set up based on credit approval. A credit application may be required to establish an account. All catalog peptides and products are updated on a regular basis. APC may also update prices due to changing market conditions. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Warranty
APC guarantees that products sold conform to the composition and purity described in the analytical data sheet that accompanies the shipment; otherwise, APC will replace the product free of charge. Warranty extends to the primary buyer only.

Returns
For return shipping instructions and return authorization, please contact our customer service department, 800-926-8272. Prior authorization is required for all items to be returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items due to customer error are not refundable for credit. Products shipped to customer due to an error on our part are returnable for replacement.
