We are looking for a high energy, experienced marketing representative in the peptide industry. This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.

  • PR and media relations skills
  • Scientific and public relations writing skills

  • Excellent communication skills

      Job Description:

    • PR and media relations
    • Write articles about the peptide industry and peptide chemistry to be published in trade journals and internet portals
    • Write company press releases
    • Creating and adding content to an educational peptide blog
    • Updating our catalog with additional information
    • Creation of marketing material with the Adobe Suite
    • Scientific and market research
    • Assist with the planning and preparation of tradeshows

      This position requires:

    • BS degree in a relevant scientific discipline and 3 to 5 years marketing experience
    • Outstanding PR and media relations skills and experience
    • Must be professional, have integrity, creativity, and have the ability to think and plan ahead
    • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
    • Must be a team player
    • Strong PC skills MS Office Suite, PowerPoint and Adobe Suite
    • Must possess good judgment and show initiative

      This position is based in our Sunnyvale, CA facility.

      120206-NY >> Customer Service Representative

      We are looking for a high energy, experienced customer service representative in the peptide industry. This position reports to Customer Service Manager.

      Key skills:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills with passionate dedication to customer service
    • Must be a self starter, work well without supervision, and accept accountability
        Customer Service Representatives are expected to serve as the focal point for routine customer communication which should include full knowledge of their organization, processes and procedures and key personnel.

        Job Description:

      • Process purchase orders coming from website, telephone, fax, and email
      • Enter and maintain database in VAM system
      • Assist in technical support functions
      • Assist in project management functions
      • Administrative support for offsite sales executives
      • Maintain company mailing list and mail marketing collaterals

        This position requires:

      • BS degree in a relevant scientific discipline and 2 to 3 years experience in customer service field
      • Must be professional, have integrity, creativity, and have the ability to think and plan ahead
      • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
      • Must be a team player and have the ability to mentor and motivate others
      • Strong PC skills (MS Office Suite) with advanced Word and Excel a plus
      • Must possess good judgment and show initiative
      • This is an office based position located in our Sunnyvale, California facility
